and Pella. All homes have Customized
Electrical and Lighting Packages. Each home is equipped with
a 200 AMP service with all specifications complying with the National
Electric Code. Lighting packages include ceiling fans, recessed lights,
special kitchen lighting and many other features. At Mountain View Homes there is a wide variety of
Custom Heating Packages, including
electric heat pumps, electric baseboard, oil or propane. Premium Bath Features
are a part of every home - Tub/Shower units are one piece Aqua Glass,
toilet fixtures are American Standard or equal and Delta faucets are
standard. Each home built is Energy
Efficient for Comfort and Economy. All homes include fiberglass
insulation R-30 or R-38 in ceilings, R-19 in exterior side walls, dual
glaze windows and insulated steel entry doors. Every home is equipped with a Premium
Grade Custom Oak Kitchen Package - including full formica backsplashes
and a Complete Appliance Package. The finest workmanship and quality is found in our Interior
Doors and Mouldings. Custom T&G pine and cedar is also available. Every Mountain View Homes is equipped with a Brick
or Stone Fireplace with a choice of woodburning or gas. All homes have Custom
Decking - with wolmanized pressure treated wood. Finally, each home has the Finest
